Everything you need for a carefree and comfortable holiday is here: a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a convenient laundry room. Outside, you can relax by your own heated private pool (8 x 4 meters) – perfect for unwinding together.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, and a TV for cozy evenings. Rosalia 1 is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 1 kilometer from the beach. Step inside and discover everything this wonderful holiday home and the beautiful surroundings have to offer!

The open kitchen, which flows into the cozy living room, is fully equipped and fitted with every convenience:

Each bedroom is equipped with individual air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant sleeping environment at all times.
